It is not our job to pay the mortgage of any landlord who thinks he is above the law.  You don't have a permitted home - you better think twice before you rent it for $3500 a month....and before you deny public records in writing...and if you think you are going to force someone to live in your home without HVAC, no water, and lights - ignore rain leaks for MONTHS and then blame me for your defective HVAC...  I don't think so. And to shield who YOU are call me a criminal?   I don't think so. 

Its' time to pay the piper.

 Cost me $20,000 to fight Zamanifar in a frivolous UD instead of letting me vacate and giving me back my $3500 deposit - and I intend on getting every penny back. I spent 10 months living in that hell hole afraid to leave - looking over my shoulder - hiding and being chased by crazy 80-year-old women. Freak show. And he tells all, "she just wants to live rent free." Of course. I told the court each appearance, "All he has to do is end the UD and I will vacate." 

Defeat is not an option and thankfully I have never lost a damages case.

Subpoena all witnesses - investigate and you will prevail...don't ever let a bully landlord control you - hold them accountable no matter how long it takes...

Take any unscrupulous landlord to court and fight for every penny they took from you. 

Ca. Civ Code sections 1550 and 1598 do not allow a landlord to enforce a lease with an illegal object. The lease is void ab initio.

I will be updating all on the terror I went through because Kamran Zamanifar would not let me vacate that hell hole until I got an order from the court. His lawyer [if that is what you want to call him] denied the existence of the LADBS Order dated September 2025 and tried to bully me to release all claims. He literally wrote me I could only vacate if I released. I don't think so...

In the end I did not have to pay a penny for that illegal home despite Kamran Zamanifar lying to all that I owed him $40,000- I got my deposit back and he had to reimburse me $2000 in sanctions. All public records.

All the lies he told about me and to me to manipulate me into that hell hole...they are all coming to light...

Throughout the UD case and 10 months of defending that led to various health conditions - he lied that I broke into TikTok and took videos of his daughter Anahita Zamanifar was posting on various platforms calling him every name in the book - and states under oath that I created them. SICK. This is the man who asks you to call him "doctor." Oh and he now alleges I am his students complaining about him on ratemyprofessor albeit in the UD case admitted that posts were real. 

I will never stop until he ANSWERS for it all. There will be NO settlement and I am also going to sue him for defamation per se. 

No lies or false allegations or more attempts to take my money will stop me. I won’t pay for your "curtains" you took away on August 8, 2025; I won’t pay rent you had to waive due to your illegal construction; I won’t pay because your broker dumped you because of Manning and Kass lawyers; I wont pay because I told the truth about you; I wont pay for a dishwasher that I did nothing to and your black and white photos mean nothing; Over 340 pages and not one paid invoice.  I won’t pay to pay your BS invoices from Dutton who said they did NO work - because you think you can get the $3500 back based on your black and white joke of photos – learn res judicata. A security deposit is a security deposit and when you waive it you can't get it back. 

I will NEVER give you a penny. You want to write me emails accusing me of "extortion" and tell "dozens" that I was "convicted" of a crime..You better get the best lawyer that will be dumb enough to represent you with your 1.5 million dollars. 

It appears all homeowners are in possession of all case related files from LBPM - and all the lies Zamanifar and the HOA wrote about me...

Run the address- investigate the owner and do your due diligence or this could happen to you...

Go on LADBS website - if you see new construction and no permits - RUN.   Go with your gut...if the landlord seems nuts - run from the home...there are so many to choose from.  If the home is not permitted it shows a lack of respect for the law and for your safety.  And if the owner has the gall to deny it all and call it a "clerical" error and lie that inspectors said the "home was habitable and safe" take that man to court and don't stop until the jury comes back with a judgment.
